In conjunction with the Curry School of Education, the University of Virginia announces the 36th year of its residential summer program for gifted and/or
high ability students. Students enrolled in grades 4-10 during the 2012/2013 school year may apply to attend a twelve day session. For a list of course descriptions, click here

Summer Residential Governor's School Full/Partial Language Immersion Academy
VDOE sponsors Governor's Foreign Language Academies, summer residential programs for Virginia's most motivated and talented foreign language students. As of 2013, more than 7,750 students have completed one of the programs. The 2014 Governor's Summer Residential Foreign Language Academies will include full-immersion academies in French, German, and Spanish; a partial-immersion Japanese Academy; and a Latin Academy.
Southern California Youth Citizenship Seminar
The Southern California Youth Citizenship Seminar at Pepperdine University is designed to provide a creative opportunity for outstanding high school juniors such as you to interact with today’s leaders, explore current national and world topics, discuss constructive solutions to critical issues, and share memorable nteraction with your peers.
